Casas Complete provides home and property services including, but not limited to, moving assistance, cleaning, landscaping, junk removal, firewood delivery, winterizing, and general property maintenance.
All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and confirmation.
Estimates and Quotes
Any estimates or quotes provided are based on the information available at the time and may change if the scope of work differs from what was originally described.
Casas Complete reserves the right to adjust pricing if additional labor, materials, or time is required to complete the job.
Scheduling
Scheduled service dates and times are estimates and may change due to weather conditions, safety concerns, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate scheduling changes if they occur.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to service.
For larger projects or multi-day jobs, a deposit may be required to secure scheduling.
Casas Complete reserves the right to pause or decline services if payment terms are not met.
Late Payments
Invoices not paid within the timeframe outlined on the invoice may be considered past due. Late fees may apply as stated in our payment policy.
Outstanding balances may result in suspension of future services until the account is resolved.
Property Access
Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property where services will be performed. This includes access to driveways, gates, work areas, and utilities if necessary.
Liability
Casas Complete is licensed and insured and will take reasonable care while performing services. However, we are not responsible for:
• Pre-existing damage to property
• Hidden hazards or structural issues not disclosed prior to service
• Damage resulting from unsafe conditions on the property
Customers are responsible for securing pets, valuables, and fragile items before services begin.
